Sam Miller
Sam became Ecology House's third president in 1998. He is a practicing architect with a lifelong interest in the environment and design. In March of 1995, Van Nostrand Reinhold (since merged with Wiley and Sons) published his book Design Process: A Primer for Architects and Interior Designers. He is also the author the Wabash County Green Building Guidelines and an adjunct faculty member at Butler University.
Gary Davis
Gary is past president of Ecology House and one of three founders. He returned to Indianapolis in the early 1980s after working three years for the City Council of Los Angeles. Previously, he had been Director of the United Southside Community Organization in Indianapolis and a news reporter in Muncie. He has worked for the Governor's Private Industry Council, and managed a paper/plastics recycling business. He has served on the Marion County Recycling Commission, Indiana State Recycled Paper Task Force, board of the Hoosier Environmental Council and currently serves on the board of the Hoosier Rails to Trails Council.
Anne Laker
Anne is Manager of Public Programs at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and former coordinator of the annual Spirit & Place Festival. Anne joined the Ecology House board in 2003 after hearing about (and purchasing) The Perfect Home. She also serves as a board member for the Hoosier Environmental Council, and as a freelance environmental writer for NUVO Newsweekly.
Steve Leatherman
Steve is an attorney by training and a board member of the Indiana Rails to Trails Council. He is an integral part of WTS Engineering's GIS systems development and deployment providing service to many Indiana municipalities and counties.
Christy Osborn
In 2007, Christy completed her studies at IUPUI in green interior design. She has traveled to Europe under the auspices of IUPUI's school of engineering to study green practices in design and manufacturing. She has significant expertise in green finishes and materials.
Jennifer Roberts
Ms. Roberts is a professional engineer and president of Elements Engineering. She is a graduate of Purdue University and continues a lifelong interest in green design and its effect on environment and human habitation.
