What follows is a potpourri of projects. Some are individual residences. Others are large scale developments. All have a similar vision: to offer a different answer to how we take energy and resources from the land around us and to encourage community.
Isaac Ray Treatment Center, nearing completion, was one of the featured projects during the "Indiana Green Building Roundtable" which was held last September. As of the end of December, the project had reported over 90% waste reuse/recycling from the construction site. In addition, a variety of recycled-content products have been used in the building. You're invited to this free one-time tour to learn about these and a variety of other features of this first LEED-registered state building.
